    Description

    This is a functional prototype for a new patented machine we've developed to glue shut boxes that have otherwise traditionally required tape. It supplies it's own back pressure to create a glued seam on corrugated boxes that are lacking back pressure on top lid or have head space (pouches, bags, bottles, etc.). It runs at 21+/min and has a metering system. It is lacking a guard package at the moment, but included with the purchase price we will install guards to customer's spec and set up the machine to run your product. max box size it will run is 14"H x 15"W x 34"L. It comes with a automation direct controls package with touch screen HMI for timing and glue bead adjustments. It has a used Nordson Problue system. 240V 1PH. 

    We have been designing and building purpose built packaging machinery for over 10 years. We are available to install and provide training on this machine for additional cost.
