The Beckman Coulter Avanti J-26XP centrifuge is designed for high throughput and versatility, these high-performance centrifuges can process 6L of fermenter output in less than 10 minutes, deliver a subcellular fraction at 82,000g, run 24 microplates at a time, and separate live cell populations with elutriation. Centrifuges feature switched reluctance (SR) drive technology, which shortens cycle times and eliminates waiting for sample at the end of the run. The Friction Reduction System (FRS) ensures more speed, less noise, lower temperature/low heat output, and low energy consumption compared with traditional centrifuges.
