    Description

    SEITAL SELF-CLEANING CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR with the following characteristics:

    5,000 l/h (*) hydraulic capacity
    35° angle of disks stack
    1.7 litres solids chamber capacity
    9,600 RPM bowl speed
    5.5 kW motor power-3x460V-60 Hz

    Bowl of stainless steel: DUPLEX-SUPERDUPLEX and AISI 304 qualities
    Distributor suitable for concentrator and clarifier disk stacks

    Calibrated high precision disk stack of stainless steel: AISI 304

    Inlet outlet flow unit of stainless steel AISI 304

    The product is fed into the separator through a closed pipe

    Heavy and light liquid phases outlets
    are under pressure and foam-free by means of two centripetal pumps

    The Inlet -outlet flow unit is completed with:
    •2 special centripetal pump (height flowrate)
    •2 sight glass
    •2 pressure gauge
    •2 micrometric valve for counter pressures regulation
    •1 set of inlet/outlet connection with NPT nipples

    Bowl covers and sludge drain cyclone of stainless steel AISI 304, finished by shot blasting

    Cast iron frame painted

    Electric motor with IP55 protection, class F insulation and thermal overload protection by
    thermistors, as per UR RULES

    Bowl vertical shaft of stainless steel AISI 431 drived by an elastic coupling and helical gear pair
    with orthogonal axes; high precision ball bearings.

    Manual brake with flange and pin of stainless steel AISI 304

    Splash lubrication of gears and ball bearings from a central bath

    Tachometer

    Set of shock absorbers and stainless steel AISI 304 feet (to be welded)

    EROSION PROTECTION EQUIPMENT
    Including:
    - wear protection liner AISI 316 for sliding piston
    - wear protection inserts AISI 316 for ejection ports of bowl body
    1 SET of components (n. 1 disk without holes + n.1 finned cover without holes) to transform
