Features ionized air rinsing with dust collection pan and Gast 2.5 horsepower suction blower with intake filter, containers are inverted and righted through Carlton BMH bottle inverter # CP-10367961 for 30 ml amber bottle, inverter has lift off design and changed with no tools, three air rinse nozzles on multi position air manifold accommodating up to five air rinse nozzles from threaded openings, twin 7" long container infeed belts x 1" high on manually adjustable mounting for varying feed widths, manual adjusting handwheel has position graduate, factory controls with Simco ion power supply. Formerly used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
