Continuous machine for washing, decontaminating and drying vials internally and externally, built with stainless steel, with parts in rubber approved for pharmaceutical use.

MAIN FEATURES:
Continuous washing machine for bottles designed and manufactured in compliance with the highest quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry. The electrical cabinet contains the control system. Processing areas are all protected by a stainless steel frame on which transparent panels are installed to allow internal inspection.

Working cycle:
manual cycle without washing, cycle for the tuning of the synchronisms, automatic cycle, and the sterilization cycle of the system.
The machine operates with the following washing cycle:
three times internal spraying with recirculated water, twice the external spraying with recirculated water and then internal spraying with distilled water twice and finally compressed air is blown inside.
