This pharmaceutical grade parts washing machinery is designed to meet the needs of the most demanding customers and to comply with international standards in order to provide high level performance together with easy access to components, all in a small footprint. This washing system has been developed and designed keeping in mind the high level of cleaning required in the pharmaceutical industry.

MAIN FEATURES:
High performance washing and rinsing through strong jets of water heated and added with specific detergents and disinfectants. Flexibility to allow washing of a wide range of accessory elements such as trays, small glass bottles, injectors, pumps, compression tools, feeding hoppers, bottles and caps. Small footprint, size and reduced utility consumption. The washing chamber is made entirely of stainless steel. Washing and rinsing cycles make use of the same piping. The machine features 99 programmable cycles. Each can include up to 99 different phases or treatments. The treatment time can be adjustable from 0-99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds. Temperature can be set from 86-199° F (30-93°C) for pre-wash, wash neutralize, rinse, final rinse, and cool down cycles. Once the cycle is selected, the washer automatically processes the load through the programmed treatments.
