Description

Prewash tank equipped with a 22in wide cleated belt conveyor featuring 2in high cleats and a z-frame configuration.

It consists of a 60in long horizontal section with 10in high sidewalls for prewash, followed by a 42in long incline section and a 30in long horizontal discharge section, both with 8in high sidewalls, discharge height of 60in.

Top-mounted drive, 1 HP motor, 1750 RPM through a gearbox with a 40:1 ratio.

Unitized on a stainless steel frame with casters.

With manual crank hoist to lift the bottom section.

Previously utilized in the bag salad processing and packaging industry.
