This washing system has been developed and designed keeping in mind the high level of cleaning required in the pharmaceutical industry.

MAIN FEATURES:
High washing and rinsing performance using strong jets of heated water added with specific detergents and disinfectants. Flexibility to allow washing of a wide range of accessory items such as trays, small glass bottles, injectors, pumps, compression tools, feed hoppers, bottles and caps. Reduced overall dimensions and utility consumption. The washing chamber is made entirely of polished stainless steel. Wash and rinse cycles, temperature can be set. Once the cycle is selected, the washer automatically processes the load through the programmed treatments. Trolley and racks to introduce parts. Double insulation for optimal thermal and sound insulation. Hygiene fresh water rinsing system with water change after each washing phase. Cleaning, disinfection, and drying in a closed system. Intensive exterior cleaning of items through 2 washing arms. Hollow body cleaning through an injector system. 2 powerful circulation pumps.
