Up to 400 containers/hr depending on operater loading and unloading speeds.

STANDARD PROCESS:
Recirculated water + detergent wash operating at 120 - 130°F
Mains freshwater rinse that discharges to drain

STEAM EXTRACT FAN:
(1) 10” diameter bifurcated stainless steel type, with VFD controller for precise removal or steam vapors. To prevent excessive heat loss from the wash cabinet.

SINGLE STAGE BLOWER (TOP MOUNTED)
Construction features generally as per the main washing machine.
1 x Standard 10hp blower fan.
Removable fan housing for transportation purposes.
Electrically interlocked canopy side access panel.
Stainless steel air knife systems designed and fitted for best effect.
