Features all stainless steel construction with 14 gauge cabinet, NSF certified, 25 horsepower main pump recirculates apx 280 GPM @ 50/60 PSI, 160 gallon natural gas heated wash tank, SS electrically heated rinse tank with 3 - 9 kw Chromalox bayonet heater designed to bring 140 F incoming water to 180/195F rinse water, eight rotating stainless steel spray arms with high velocity nozzles, capable of washing 780 pans per hour, 208 volts, 3 phase, 60 hz, full load amps 147, 1 horsepower 700 CFM SS venting blower mounts on top of washer, overall dimensions 5' wide x 9' depth x 98" high , plus 22" height addition for blower, main door is right side hinged with factory controls at left of door.
