Features all stainless steel wash down design, adjustable height and drum angle, main drum body is 32" diameter with 48" straight side and 26" long conical end discharging at 15.5" diameter, 5 - 1" spiral baffles raised 1" off drum wall, designed to deliver consistent mixing, gentle product handling and optimal distribution various food products, cheese, vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, beverage, pet food and many savory snacks to be seasoned, overall dimensions 41" wide x 75" high x 75" long, 27.5" opening infeed, 5 horsepower SS motor by Leeson coupled to SS gear reducer belt driving drum in guided trunnions, 208/230/190/460/380 voltage, 3 phase, 50/60 hz 1740/1440 RPM, mounted on casters.
