    Used FMC 3636 MF3 Casting Machine
    ● Very Good Condition; Model: 3636PCA9913 Serial #9212082, an early 1993 Model Machine.
    ● Guide Shaft Machine, Extended Pallets Feeder, setup for use of Core Pullers
    ● Hydraulic unit, Upgraded with Larger Accumulator and Dual Solenoid Valves
    ● PLC Summit Controller, complete with Manual Control Switches and Full Automatic Functions with
    Operator Assist Messaging and Fault Logic.
    ● Machine well maintained and many of the latest Upgraded Components such as:
    Adjustable Fill Control Feed Drawer, Heavy Duty Lifter Plates, Heavy Duty Lower Press Head
    ● Electric Vibrators set, 2 upper and 2 lower.
    ● Equipment in very good operational condition and currently setup for 460/480 vac 3 phase.
    Used FMC 3636 Product Stacker
    ● Good Condition; 1993 Model Machine.
    The freshly made products are produced on pallets and conveyed automatically to the
    stacker. The Stacker will stack 2 Production Cycles at a time on to Production Skid loading pallets
    directly on top of each other until stack height is reached and is then transported to a curing area via
    forklift.
    ● Non-Turbo Version Stacker, complete with Hydraulic Unit, Manual and Relay Automatic Controls.
    ● Equipment in good operational condition and currently setup for 460/480 vac 3 phase.
    Used FMC 3636 Pallet Return
    ● Very Good Condition; June 2001 Model.
    ● Pallet Return eliminates 1 person required to throw Production Pallets/Boards into the machine hopper.
    This particular setup has multiple buffer conveyors which allows additional Pallet Stacks to be staged into
    system and fewer refills via forklift.
    ● Equipment comes complete with Hydraulic Unit, PLC Controlled Automatic Controls and
    Manual Control Selector Switches.
    ● Equipment in good operational condition and currently setup for 460/480 vac 3 phase.
