Maximum rewind diameter of 24in with pneumatic top riding rolls. The rewind is both cantilever and lift out. Lift out is for lockcore rewinding full width rolls, the option is in both positions. One rewind roll unloader is included. The main drive is 10HP and each rewind drive is 15HP.

Eurotherm AC Vector drives and a Mitsubishi PLC operator interface through a Model MTA-G1 key pad LCD. Slitting is KISS shear with pneumatic Dienes male knife holders

Maximum running speed is 1500FPM.

The web path is overhead to keep the material away from the floor, ideal for cleanroom.

Three bar static removel.

Driven bowed roll prior to slitting.

Automatic tapper/tension rewind tension control.

Vacuum splice table with 90 deg splice angle.

Power requirements 480v-3-60/70amps.
