Air-loaded dancer roll which controls tension of braking automatically. Fife automatic edge guiding system, pneumatic sensor, +/- 2in. Unwind accepts 60in diameter rolls. Pneumatic chucking for positive safety lock for shaft retaining. Stanford Model 900 pneumatic dancer controls. Air to pneumatic brake to maintain constant tension. Unwind shafts & rewind shafts are interchangeable. (3) 6in air shafts. (8) 3in air shafts. Some shafts are button type; some are leaf type. Leaf type are typically used for narrow slitting. Constant tension rewinding. Rewind has pneumatic rewind shaft retaining with positive safety locks. Air-operated rider roll provides controlled roll density; can control amount of pressure on rewinding roll. Wrap-type shear cut slitting. Separation of uniform caliper webs when slitting is accomplished with an bowed roll. One male shear cut knife. Approximately (80) female shear cut knives. Includes spare female shear cut knife roll. 4in diameter Mount Hope bowed roll mounted on rider roll assembly after material has been slit. Rider roll is 6in diameter. Control pressure down & up. 50in diameter rewind. Durant counter with two presets. Includes trim blower, upgraded drive & motor. AC variable speed, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle. Allen Bradley PowerFlex 755 drive with 25 HP Baldor motor. Stanford 212 typically is used for paper, paper/foil laminates, nonwovens, non-extensibles, coated & uncoated materials, carbonless paper, tissue, towel, tube & core stock, non-extensibles. Machine has recently been refurbished.
