Description

One (1) Used 74in Dusenbery Model 260 FS duplex center surface rewind slitting & rewinding machine. Serial # 57690. Age 1980.
24in maximum rewind roll diameter.
1500 FPM. 2in minimum slit width.
Dusenbery shear cut slitting.
Tangential shear cut.
(5) male knives.
(90) female knives.
Can easily razor slit in air.
Male knife bar can have razor holders installed.
No unwind.
3 motor drive, DC variable speed.
(2) 15 HP motors; one on each rewind position.
20 HP motor; drives pull rolls & surface bedroll.
Reliance motors & controllers.
Dynapar 2 pre-set counter.
Precision trim chopper with 1 HP motor included.
(3) 3in differential rewind shafts, 1-zone, air-loaded differential rewind.
Air-operated single differential rewind tension control.
Rewind arms with adjustable air cylinders for down pressure control using balancing pressure system.
Plain steel winding drums.
Reliance 3-motor SCR drive for slip core or locked core winding.
Slow down system using rewind arm position to sense diameter of rewinding roll.
Has been slitting & rewinding flexible packaging materials, laminations.
