Description
All stainless steel table top chain conveyor with slight S curve by Automated Concept Designs (Milburn, NJ), serial # ACZ-21.

Features all stainless steel construction with polished finish, 7.5" wide Rex style 880 aceytal table top chain x 11' long, conveyor track has 18" straight to slight curve right and left terminating in 6' straight section, infeed and discharge are offset by apx 16" from center lines.

1/2 horsepower motor by Lesson @ 1750 rpm is direct coupled to ohio 30 to 1 right angle gear reducer chain driving converyor at 1.3 to one for final co shaft rpm at conveyor drive shaft of 44 rpm, 230/460/3 phase voltage.

Conveyor is mounted on three adjustable legs, double guide rails on 75% of conveyor body.

Formerly used in water bottle packaging.
