    Description

    3” x 84’ long Cablevey type enclosed tubular disc roller chain drag conveyor, all stainless steel. Manufacturer unknown.

    Conveyor discs are 2.75” O.D. X 5/8” thick and are spaced every 3” on stainless chain link connections.

    Drive is 3 HP, 230/460/3/60 with 182T frame baldor motor.

    Gear box is belt driven, 2.5 HP rated, ratio of 40.

    There are two accumulation hoppers with Cablevey diverters into the top of the hoppers. On the bottom of the hoppers are belt feeders. Hoppers and belt feeders are all stainless steel.

    Belt feeders are 24” wide white neoprene belts x 62” center to center on the shafts. Belt feeders are driven with ½ HP 56C frame DC motors, 90 amp DC.

    Accumulation hoppers are 21 cubic level full and are 24” wide x 24” high x 65” long and have chain driven leveling chain to evenly spread out the material inside the hopper to evenly lay the material on the belt feeder.
