    Description

    Conveyor belt washing and scraping system for installation under the belt return (while conveyor operating)

    Formed stainless steel wash-down trough measuring 62in across, and 24in in direction of belt travel with 10in depth

    Welded stainless steel square tube support frame with base mount area of 74in W X 33in L

    Coil type rotary brush is 5.75in diameter X 54in W black nylon bristle material (55RPM working speed)

    Installed fore & aft spray bars for the brush 5.5in spaced, flat spray nozzles, with rotatable bars

    Full-width neoprene rubber belt wiper with adjustable height

    The entire assembly shall be base mounted under conveyor frame, can be connected to frame if applicable

    1/2HP washdown gearmotor with chain drive (230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph)

    Unit is raised and lowered with manual jack screw actuators (8in travel)

    Belt wash drain is installed with a 3in cam-lock fitting with cap, on center

    Total Height of the unit is 22.5in
