Welded stainless steel square tube support frame with base mount area of 74in W X 33in L
Coil type rotary brush is 5.75in diameter X 54inW black nylon bristle material (62RPM working speed)
Installed fore & aft spray bars for the brush 5.5in spaced, flat spray nozzles, with rotatable bars
Full-width neoprene rubber belt wiper with adjustable height
The entire assembly shall be base mounted under conveyor frame, can be connected to frame if applicable
1/2HP washdown gearmotor with chain drive (230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph)
Unit is raised and lowered with manual jack screw actuators (8in travel)
Belt wash drain is installed with a 3in cam-lock fitting with cap, on center
