    Description

    The FP 800 V/G automatic tray sealer is part of ILPRA’s FOODPACK series. ILPRA is a state of the art Italian packaging equipment manufacturer which was distributed by Koch Equipment, now known as UltraSource. The FP800 V/G is designed to deliver consistent seals in food-safe environments.

    This machine was engineered to package a wide range of tray sizes and materials such as PP, PS, APET, CPET, cardboard, etc. using compatible film reels. The FP 800 V/G can perform both MAP packaging and seal only.

    -Programmable touch pad control panel for sealing time, temperature, gas flash, and vacuum pump
    -Roll stock film feed and die cut film takeaway rollers
    -Thermo-regulator heat seal controls, vacuum system with pressure detector
    -Interlocking safety guarding

    -Busch RAO 100E vacuum pump
    -Stainless steel and anodized alumnim construction
    -No-tool changeovers
