Description

The DR is a rotary packaging system consisting of Denesting, Filling and Heat Sealing for 5 oz. ceramic containers. This is a machine of solid stainless steel construction. The layout in this manual illustrates the main features of the machine. The machine is automated, electronically controlled and driven by a variable speed AC motor. Its unique design enables it to obtain high volume output with minimum maintenance. OPERATIONS The operator will manually load the containers onto the in-feed conveyor. The machines will dispense two containers from the conveyor into a star wheel dial; The dial will index the containers through the next stations where the filler will dispense yogurt, pick and place 95mm pre die cut lids and then heat seal respectively. Finally the cups will be automatically ejected from the machine through the outfeed conveyor.
