Description

Custom Cup Filler - This is a six position cup filler with a cup dispensing station, a filling station, a lid dispensing station, a lid tamping station, and a discharge station. It was last used to fill marinara sauce in a small tub, with a lid.

There is a positive shutoff nozzle installed but the pump supplying the sauce to the nozzle is not supplied.

The tub was about 4-1/4" in diameter, and the lid about 4-3/4" in diameter.

An Allen-Bradley Micrologix 1000 PLC is installed to take care of the operational functions. The indexing of this rotary table is pneumatically driven with a piston cylinder. The machine is a fairly well done washdown machine with mostly plasic and stainless steel construction.
