    Used 2014 Multivac T800 Automatic Tray Sealer in good operational condition.

    Machine frame made of stainless steel

    Max. possible tray depth 130 mm

    Servo actuated lifting system

    Automatic die locking system. Allows fast and easy die change without tools and automatic connection ofall die utilities without cables, hose connections, etc.

    Gripper system for exchangeable tray grippers

    Operation of machine is possible from either side.
    Machine direction is from right to left.

    SAFETY
    - Interlocked side frame claddings at lifting systems (with magnetic switches)
    - Set of protective lids made of stainless perforated plate

    FILM UNWINDS
    - Film unwind FA 80, 3in core-OD; mechanic clamping of the film reel with parameter-driven low web indicator and end of web detector
    - Film advance for precise positioning and perfect film transportation
    - Film buffer system via reserve loop, system provides for a constant film tension during the film advance
    - Residual film rewind for controlled rewind of the film rest grid

    PRINT REGISTRATION
    - Photoelectric print registration, type DMS 80, for top web, for processing of register-printed films

    PNEUMATIC EQUIPMENT
