    Description

    Fully rebuilt butter homogeniser / reworker to handle the butter at temperatures as low as - 4 °C average.

    This butter homogenizer rationalizes the processing and packaging of cold store butter. Improving the quality of the butter by ensuring finest water dispersion resulting in an increased shell of life of the homogenized and packed butter.

    Likewise, the spreadability of the butter is improved. Machine includes motor 3 kW for infinitely variable drive for the feed worms and a 15 kW rotor drive (homogenizer).

    Aluminium auger feed station and augers.

    New control panel mounted direct on the machine left from infeed with speed control of rotor and soft starter on augers (no clutch).

    A new pneumatic infeed system for standard 25kg butter bloks is mounted on the feed of the machine. Function: A butter blocks can be unpacked an put on the infeed table, after opening of the hatch pneumatic, the block can be pushed in and after closing the hatch, by a safe 2 hand activation, the main pneumatic cylinder gradually pushes the block on the augers.
