Description

Never installed horizontal soft cheese cutter. This industrial cutter is the ideal cutter to handle large rectangular cheese blocks that require cuts. The cheese blocks are pushed through custom-designed harp in a horizontal direction. The harp is wire strung, equipped with the FEI Blade System, or both to produce cheese blocks that are consistent in size with clean cuts.

The overall cheese block size is 23" wide and 8" high. The cuts are two blocks that are 11 1/2" wide by 6-1/4" high; the third cut is 11 1/2" by 1-3/4".

This cutter can be quickly and easily disassembled for cleaning. They are sturdily constructed of wash down materials. The harps can quickly be dropped in-place using cross-pin system.

This unit is completely pneumatically controlled to avoid the use of electricity in wet environments. The unit is 120 VAC, 60Hz, 5 amps, 10KA.
