    All stainless steel food grade draining pan, 47. 5" wide x 24" deep work surface with 12-1. 5" diameter drain holes arranged in two rows of 6, 15" high back and side tray walls, 6" high front wall angled foward with rolled brim, two side mounted push handles, mounted in ss frame with casters, overall dimensions 57. 5" wide x 30" deep x 45" high, formerly used for draining bagged mozzarella cheese.
