Cheese Block or other type of block slicer / dicer. This is a heavy-duty, well-built machine without a manufacturer's name on it. I say it weighs over 250 pounds and is fabricated in heavy gauge tubing. There are four adjustable feet on the bottom. It does have a number #6058 and a 1/09 engraved on the top of the machine, as pictured, but nowhere else is there a label. I received it from a cheese company that used it to dice blocks of cheese. I believe a block of cheese is placed on the UHMW table which measures 13"L x 16"W x 2-1/2"H and has a cutout of 12"L x 8"W x 1/2" deep. The all-pneumatic operation is started by turning a valve and the pneumatic piston raises the block thru the "piano type" strung wire at the top. There are 20 rows of wire spaced 1/2" apart.Additional Prep Fees May Apply
