SPX/ SEITAL SE 355 BX is a Dairy Bacterial Remover Centrifuge. This machine was initially purchased by a Dairy that changes there equipment every 10 Years. The dairy was the first owner of this machine and has internal engineers providing all services on time, keeping the machine in excellent condition and providing all needed attention on time. The machine was working until September 2024 and was replaced due to new machines being installed for a larger capacity. The Bacterial Remover Separator is used for various reasons and one of these is for cheese producers as the bacteria does not allow the cultures to act in the correct manner. Removing the Bacteria’s will ensure a longer shelf life of fresh milk and also correct reactions on the cultures.
