The cheese vat is designed for the production of: pasteurized milk, cottage cheese, soft, hard cheeses, fermented baked milk, kefir, yogurts, etc. Equipment of the 100 liter IKR automatic cheese factory-pasteurizer:
-milk tank with a heating jacket, made of AISI 304 stainless steel with a thickness of at least 1.5 mm;
-lid (usually made of two halves made of AISI 304 stainless steel);
-gear motor with a diverter mechanism (power - 60 W);
-raw material drain pipe (milk butterfly valve DU 50);
-water overflow pipe in the jacket;
-electromagnetic water supply valve;
-block of heating elements (3-phase, heating element with a power of 7.5 kW);
-easily removable mixer for mixing milk and cheese grains;
-lyre for cutting the curd (vertical);
-urtain (book) for draining whey;
-automatic control panel.
