Complete skid mounted 30 gallon per minute oil drying / dehydration system
The package includes the flash vessel, shell and tube heater, condenser, receivers, pumps, controls, instruments, control panel, valves, piping, steel support frame, and complete system documentation. System was designed to remove up to 15% water from a 30 gpm vegetable oil stream but would be suitable for use in many other dehydration applications. The system was designed and constructed in 2014 but used only intermittently since. All equipment is still installed and can be inspected prior to removal. The purchase price includes rigging and removal costs.

P-111 Recovered Water Pump – 5 gpm @ 42 psid, Viking model HL4124B internal gear pump, 1 hp 1770 rpm 208-230/460 volt explosion proof motor.
P-112 Oil Bottoms Pump – 35 gpm @ 140 psid, Viking model LS4127A internal gear pump, 7.5 hp 1770 rpm 208-230/460 volt explosion proof motor.
VP-115 Vacuum Pump – 106 cfm @ 30 in HG, Gardner Denver Nash Elmo model VSB-200 dry screw vacuum pump, 5 hp 3600 rpm 208-230/460 volt explosion proof motor.

Yes. All original drawings, engineering calculations, vessel drawings, ASME U-1A data reports, etc.
Condition:
Like new condition. The system was designed and constructed in 2014 but used very little after commissioning. All equipment is still installed and can be inspected prior to removal.
