The Solidaire paddle dryer system is a continuous, thin-layer paddle-dryer that provides extremely efficient thermal treatment.

Ultra-high thermal efficiency
High speed paddles break up loose agglomerates without particle size attrition

Paddles can be adjusted to control residence time.

Carbon steel construction.  15  HP Reliance motor, 1760 rpm, 230/460 volt, 254t frame.  Belt drive.  Test run video on file.

Overall dimensions:  190" long x 45" wide x 98" high

11.5"x11.5 square inlet 

9"x9" outlet.  - currently has square to round transition to 8" round installed
