Description

1 Used Aeromatic-Fielder Table Top Fluid Bed Processor. Originally manufactured in 2000, this machine can be used for drying, top spray granulation and bottom spray coating, with correct change parts.

Constructed in 316 stainless steel, the cabinet houses the process of air fan and heater assembly, pneumatics and electrical components.

Main features include secure product handling and containment, variable process control of airflow, temperature and liquid addition, interchangeable product containers, filter blow-back system.

Unit is designed for dry mixing and liquid spray addition, particle size enhancement by spray granulation/agglomeration, spray coating and fluid bed drying.
