    Description

    The Cuddon Model 1015 is designed to efficiently freeze dry large quantities of flowers and other products. It is ideally suited to flower growers or food processors.

    With over 95 square feet of tray space, on 21 removable trays, the model 1015 is rated for approximately 1500 garden roses per load.

    This model is fully self-contained and on heavy duty casters for easy moving. The 1015 does not require either water or drainage hookup. The specimen chamber has a clear viewing window, so the product can be observed throughout the freeze drying process.

Food grade stainless steel chambers, shelving and heating coils - Fully programmable glycol heat transfer system - Blast freeze inb the back of the specimen chamber performs a "Quick Freeze" on the product - Oversized condensation chamber - Manual isolation value between chambers - New Shimaden Programmer to guide the specimen chamber temperature and time -Newly rebuilt Edwards E2M30 vacuum pump - Defrost cycle for the condensation chamber - Polished aluminum side panels protect the refrigeration units - Operates on standard 220-230 volt, 50-60 cycle, single phase electrical.
