Virtis Benchmark 6000. Engineering drawings and manual are accessible.

This is a custom built food freeze drying machine which was used for freeze drying food for use in soups. We have no knowledge of the year it was built. It was a custom made machine. We do not know how to run it and make no guarantees that it is working as we do not know how to operate it. This item must be uninstalled from its current location which will require licensed tradesmen to open and replace a masonry wall and repair the roof from the removal of the compressor units as well as a refrigeration contractor and an electrician. It will need to be flat bedded and may require a crane. We will not be responsible for moving it or prepping it for moving.
