Used TSK Steam Tube Rotary Kiln Dryer Soybean Bean Conditioner ~ 5' Dia x 34' L
For indirect heat drying of high-moisture organic products and other materials.
Dryer is constructed from mild steel and has a 2" thick external insulation wrap.
59" inside diameter with a working length of approximately 32'-3".
Internal, lateral lifting blades with 3"Ø concentric steam tubes near the cylinder wall.
2HP feeder screw assembly with a 9"Ø auger and a 10"Ø sleeve for carrier gas flow.
Gravity drop-out discharge into a 15" square flange.
Dryer Drive: 15HP gearmotor with bull& pinion gear and guard
Steam inlet and condensate discharge mounted on a rotary pressure joint.
Requires continuous steam supply and 480V, 60Hz, 3ph AC electrical service.
Previously used as a bean conditioner for soybeans.
With inlet feeder.
