Description

The trommel dryer provides a continuously fed, high throughput for various wet materials.
Drum dimensions are 24in OD X 7ft-11.5in, constructed using single wall 11Ga. stainless sheet steel. It is fabricated with formed V-shaped flighting along the internal wall.
Unit is supported on a square tube frame assembly with a fixed retention (6 degree incline).
Dryer elevation at entry: 37.75in; Dryer elevation at discharge: 28.75in
Driven by a 1HP gearmotor & chain drive (230/460V, 60Hz, 3ph).
Working Speed (trommel): 12RPM max.
Base Area: 32in wide X 70in long
Pre-wired with a NEMA rated disconnect switch.
Direct heating / cooling source & speed controls not included.
