Model 14T-4-2C-2BH Marriott Walker direct gas heated spray drier

CAPACITY of the DRIER
The water evaporating capacity of the drier will vary with inlet and outlet air temperatures and the process airflow rate, as allowed by the product to be dried. The dry product output of the drier will vary with the percent of solids in the feed, and the allowable moisture in the product. The design capacity of the drier, with 193° C (380°F) inlet air will be:

Liquid Pea Protein
Feed Solids : 15%
Feed KG/HR : 2179
Evaporation KG/HR: 1835
Product KG/HR: 344
Moisture: 5%

All of the interior surfaces will be of Type 304 stainless steel with welds ground and polished to 3-A sanitary standards. The equipment’s exterior will be Type 304 stainless steel with #2B finish with weld discoloration removed.

Removal cost to be submitted to buyer upon request.
