Used Cogeim hastelloy pan dryer, type EV1500, model D-471. Volume 1550 liters/410 gallons capacity, 78.27 sq. ft. Contact parts hastelloy SB-575 N06022, High. Internal rated 15/FV @350oF, half pipe coil jacket rated 116 PSI @ 350oF. Movable bottom with bayonet ring. Heated agitator, dry mechanical seal, lumpbreaker. Hydraulic power pack includes hydraulic motor, gearbox for discharge hatch, cylinders for movable bottom, and bayonet ring. Hydraulic motors for agitator and lumpbreaker device. S/N 810, National Board # 78. Built in 1994 with electro-polished interior. Previously used in pharmaceutical service.
