Description

Used Stokes model 338D-6 vacuum shelf dryer system. Carbon steel contact parts, coated with 0.25″ thick FEP Teflon. Built in 1991.

Chamber is designed for vacuum service only, standard service to 100 microns, weight 2350 lb (dryer with shelves). Has (7) total shelves (6 usable) that are 2′ wide X 3′ deep, with 2.5″ spacing, rated 50 psi (steam). Door is 304 stainless with FEP Teflon coated interior and #4 exterior finish.

Hot oil unit: heat transfer systems model #WM450-9EP (S/N J4470), built in 1991. Flow limits 30 GPM -120 GPM maximum, temperature 35-450 degrees F. Weight 550 lbs.

Vacuum system: Sihi liquid ring pump model LPHB 45312 BN 117080, serial #3269861, built in 1991. 7.5 HP 3/60/208 volt at 1755 rpm motor. With control panel operation manual.
