Unused Bethlehem Company “Porcupine” processor vacuum dryer, model 1P1810JTB. 316L stainless steel 18″ diameter X 10′ long single agitator shaft, cored and rated 50 psi @ 260°F. 304 stainless steel trough, rated full vacuum @ 260°F. Carbon steel jacket on external of trough, rated 50 psi @ 260°F. Total heat transfer area 117.6 SQFT. Center bottom discharge outlet. 15 HP drive motor. DCE Dalamatic insertable filter housing mounted on top. Johnson Rotary joint.

Unit equipped W/packing glands. Jacket has (3) 2″ pipe, (2) 1″ pipe FITT. Shell has (2) 1″ FLG, (5) 2″ FLG & (1) 4″ FLG FITT. 11″ S/S manually operated butterfly valve & 6″ stainless steel manually operated ball discharge valve.

Unit has rotary joint on cord shaft, mounted on steel frame 9″ high with 36-tooth sprocket. Drive sprocket is 12-tooth on 31.42 to 1 ratio reducer. Service factor 1.72. Coupled to 15 HP 3 phase 60 cycle 230/460V 1760 rpm XP motor.
