MAIN FEATURES:
The DCE dust control unit is the most economical and effective solution for a diverse range of nuisance dust problems throughout industry. The unrivalled quality and versatility mean that it is suitable for a multitude of applications. It is an ideal dust collector for intermittent operations in plant processes. Built entirely of steel, the unit consists of a mechanical shaking filter with intermittent operation, a removable dust collection bag located on the base and a suction fan driven by an electric motor. When operating, the unit absorbs contaminated air through the vent located on the side and filters the contents of the coarsest fraction. The filtered fraction enters the chamber and is vibrated sieved inside the specific section. The impure fraction is then collected on the filtering elements while the purified fraction is expelled from the vent located at the top. The dust collected during the entire cycle is collected in the removable container.
