MAIN FEATURES:
The dust collector is a machine designed and built to remove polluting particles from pallets used in dust-controlled areas. It is made up of three modules appropriately screwed together; the modules are sturdy boxes made of painted steel sheet with a thickness of 1.2 / 1.5 mm, made, assembled and reinforced to prevent mechanical resonance of the whole. The structure has no uneven ends, open corners and unfinished overlapping joints; all panels are removable and are fixed to the main structure with self-tapping galvanized screws. A neoprene gasket is inserted between the brushes and the structure to ensure air tightness. Jets of high-speed air previously filtered through high-efficiency filters come out of the nozzles located inside, which remove the contaminating particles deposited on the pallets themselves. During the period of non-use, the dust collector will operate at high speed reduced to 30% in order to remain decontaminated.
