Complete Skid Mounted 30 GPM Methanol Recovery Unit / Flash Evaporator
Complete skid mounted 30 gallon per minute methanol recovery unit / flash evaporator. The package includes the flash vessel, shell & tube feed heater, shell & tube reboiler, condenser, receivers, pumps, controls, instruments, control panel, valves, piping, large steel skid frame, catwalks, ladders, platforms, and complete system documentation. System was designed to remove up to 15% methanol from a 30 gpm biodiesel stream but would be suitable for use in many other flash evaporation or solvent recovery applications. The system was designed and constructed in 2014 but used only intermittently since. All equipment is still installed and can be inspected prior to removal. The purchase price includes rigging and removal costs.

Yes. All original drawings, engineering calculations, vessel drawings, ASME U-1A data reports, etc.
Condition:
Like new condition. The system was designed and constructed in 2016 but used very little after commissioning. All equipment is still installed and can be inspected prior to removal.
