Used 72″ wide Davis Standard PET sheet extrusion downstream, new 2015.

Equipment consists of the following:
– Maag 20 hp melt pump
– Allied Die “Duraflow” 3 layer feed block
– 72″ wide Allied “Duraflow” AHM-100 flex lip sheet extrusion die with 45 degree down adapter. Lip opening .001″-.100″ opening. Has back center feed, 4″w x 1.753″h.
– 72″ wide Davis Standard “J” frame chill roll stack with individual roll drives, 20″ O.D. bottom offset roll (2) 36″ O.D. middle and top roll. Includes Scantec thickness gauge with x-ray technology, pull roll assembly, and edge trim grinder with 10 hp blower.
Last operated on PET sheet at approximately 3500 lbs per hour.
