Used 4.5″ Davis Standard 30/1 L/D, vented single screw extruder. Extruder is a standard 42″ centerline height, driven by 200 hp AC motor with variable frequency drive. Includes temperature control panel but no temperature instruments or HMI for information input. Has electrically heated air cooled barrel, has 365 hp rated gearbox with 1.5 service factor and 17.49/1 gear ratio. Serial #Z4431, SO #74061. New 12/2001. Extruder Model 45IN45H. Includes 4.5″ Dynisco screen changer with hydraulic pumping system. Screen changer Model EH-45, Serial #EH45208.
