    Description

    Used Werner & Pfleiderer Coperion Model ZSK133 Mega co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder.

    Extruder is 35:1 L/D, with vented electrically heated water cooled barrel.

    Extruder is equipped with Flender gearbox with 1.837:1 gear ratio supplying 15,100 Newton meters per shaft.

    Includes 12 spare new/rebuilt barrel sections, (2) sets of spare screw shafts and screw elements, both used and new. Spare barrels of Century Extrusions CX77 material and screw elements of 10V-12 high wear metallurgy.

    Driven by 1500 hp, 850 rpm DC motor with GE Powerlogic SCR drive and 1750 KVA 4160 volt step down to 460 volt transformer. Maximum 467 rpm screw speed.

    Includes (1) Century 120mm and (1) W & P 133mm side feeders, each with 20 HP AC motor and controls. New May 1999.
