Custom built cylindrical tube feeder by Alfred G. Russell Co. Inc, features floor post mounted bulk feed hopper with vibratory pan discharge to 20" diameter bowl feeder, bowl discharges to uniplace, model or-1-a live twin orienting rolls for placing via pneumatic push rod or rejection due to out of round shape to return cleated elevator to primary sorting bowl, pneumatic jets are used in all sorting stages, all components are operational but need new controls. System formerly sorted small 3/8" od tubes for placement into tube filling and closing machine in pharmaceutical service.
