Description
Stand alone bag breaking system with pulse-jet filtering for pneumatic conveying applications. All continuous welded and formed carbon steel construction. 5 cubic feet bottom hopper funnels into a 10inOD slotted flange discharge. Houses twin cartridge filter assemblies with 76 square feet total filter surface area. Includes a removable bag rack and deflection panel. The 600CFM air flow is driven by a 1HP centrifugal Cincinnati fan. It is a model SPB-12 with an aluminum radial blade wheel (3450RPM). Power requirements: 230/460 volt AC, 60Hz, 3 phase. Will require: 4CFM @ 80PSI of compressed air, timer controller, and additional structural support for mounting.
