    Description

    Flexicon Bulk Bag Unloader Model Bulk-Out® BFC Bulk Bag Discharger, unit comes complete with pulse jet dust collector model BV-CBOE-X and exhaust fan. With 2.4 HP electric hoist and 0.5 HP trolley bulk bag loading. Hoist is a 2 ton Coffing brand (being stored indoors). Dust collector is Flexicon brand model BV-CBOE-X with 1/2 HP exhaust fan . Manual Iris valve for bulk bag flow control; air cylinder actuated message paddles to assist in material discharge from the bulk bag.

    3200 pound maximum load bulk bag pick up device included. Hoist beam is designed for 4000 pounds maximum.

    1/2 HP motorized bridge breaker lumpbreaker.
    3 HP, 6” diameter carbon steel screw feeder 43” center of feed to center of discharge. Screw feeder discharges into a transition designed to drop material into a pneumatic conveying line.

    Maximum design bag height straight side is 72” plus a 10” bulk bag loop height for a total of 82” max height
