Complete bottling line capable of filling both carbonated and still beverages.

It includes a de-scrambling table, GAI 16/16/3 monoblock rinser/filler/capper, a vacuum pump, Krones Rotina K047-163 cut and stack cold glue labeler, CMS six pack caser/sealer, and conveyor with two filler controlled VFD drives and one manually controlled VFD drive.

The mono-block filler consists of a 16 valve liquid or gas rotary rinser, a filler consisting of 16 electo-pneumatic valves, a fobber, a three head crowner and an external bottle rinser.

The filler is set for 341ml twist-off bottles and has change parts for 330ml, 500ml, and 650ml bottles.

The crowner is set for 26mm twist-off caps and has spare dies for 26mm pry-off caps.

The Krones Rotina lableer includes a glue pump and is capable of full-wrap labels. The off-packer is set for 341ml bottles, but can be adapted for 12 oz heritage or long-neck bottles. It is designed for packing and gluing shut closed six pack cartons and includes change parts for 4 packs.

The capper can be replaced with an ROPP capper or a corker, both available through Prospero Equipment.

This is an excellent line which can fill up to 5,000 12 oz bottles per hour with very low oxygen pick-up. It is currently in use and will be de-commissioned in late January/early February 2020.
